Cancellation conditions

Withdrawal from the accommodation contract according to the AGBH (Austrian hotel industry general terms and conditions):

  • Up to three months before the day of arrival, no cancellation fee applies.
  • From three months to one month before the day of arrival: 40% of the total arrangement price
  • From one month to one week before the day of arrival: 70% of the total arrangement price
  • In the last week before the day of arrival: 90% of the total arrangement price

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, for example with the „Europäische Reiseversicherung“.

We process the data in your reservation enquiry (name, e-mail address, arrival and departure dates, number of guests and message) to answer your enquiry and prepare or perform an accommodation contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. We retain the data only as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and meet statutory retention duties.

This website is delivered as a static site. No server log files are created or stored.

The Location / Directions page embeds an OpenStreetMap map, which receives your IP address. Google Maps is only opened when you select the directions link. We do not use our own cookies, analytics or marketing tools.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
